If you have a complicated deed, abandoned or vacant property or mortgages default, a deed with multiple hiers, a property that you inherited and do not wish to keep the property, you can sell the property to NAVA Fund for healthy neighborhoods NAVA will pay for a title search, title closing, title insurance, attorneys fee, recordation tax, an appraisal, and all legal services. You will be responsible for all outstanding water bills, real estate taxes and liens, which will be paid at the time of settlement. You will receive the balance of the proceeds at settlement.
